¤ýThe closing date for on-line tour reservations is 28 Feb. 2009
¤ýTour reservation can be made after completing the On-line registration process and an e-mail notification
will be sent to participants upon receiving reservation
forms
¤ýTour programs will be reserved on a first come,
first served basis.
¤ýYour credit card information is required to guarantee
your tour reservation. The actual charge for the
tour will be made near the end of Feb. 2009. If
no credit card is available, please remit the total
amount to the bank account (refer to the On-line
tour reservation page) by the end of
Feb. 2009
¤ýAll needed details will be provided through a confirmation e-mail when the minimum number of people is reached as specified. If the minimum number is not reached, the respective tour programs may be cancelled or substituted by a similar program.
¤ýA Tour Desk will operate during the congress neat the registration desk. Participants are advised to visit the on-site Tour Desk and check your schedule.
¤ý All optional tours are based on the estimated price and the each schedule could be changeable due to the local situation.
¤ýPlease contact the tour agency if there's any inconvenience.
