To attend our Congress, Online-Registration is highly recommended. When the website is not working or unavailable, please fill out the Registration Form and send it to the Secretariat by email. Each delegate must complete a separate form.

All fees are quoted in US dollars (USD). As at April 14th 2008, 1 US dollar is equal to 0.64 EUR, 1,041 KRW

Non-academic delegates include sleep technologists, nurses.
Trainee, residents, fellows, graduate students are required to provide a copy of the identification card or written verification form of the status when they register. After fill out the form, please send it to the secretariat by fax.

* Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods.
 

Credit Card
Only VISA, Master, cards are accepted. If you pay by credit card through the official website, please use the secure on-line payment system.
If you register using the enclosed printed registration form, please submit your credit card information requested on the form and send it to the Secretariat by e-mall or fax.

Bank transfer
All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
Please note that all banking costs must be paid by the participant.
A duplicate or a photocopy of the bank transfer statement with the applicant’s name and address as well as the details of the payment must be sent by fax or e-mail to the Secretariat.

If you want to cancel your participation in WCSA2009, please notify the secretariat in writing by fax or e-mail.
Refunds will be made after the Congress for administrative reasons. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 weeks after your request, please contact the secretariat to ensure your refund.
 
*The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows
 
Refund (Less 25% of the remitted amount will be deducted for administration fee).

Participants who need an official letter of invitation in order to attend the Congress may write to the Secretariat. This procedure is designed to assist attendants who need to obtain a VISA or permission to attend the Congress. Please note that the invitation letter doesn't imply commitment to provide any financial support by the Organizing Committee.
