The WCSA2009 Exhibition will be a major event of the Congress and will feature the most up to date technology and equipment available. The exhibition committee has been designing to maximize attendance to the exhibition area. The exhibition is expected to draw attention of more than 2,000 specialists, including neurologists, otorhinolaryngologists, psychiatrists, pulmonologists, professionals in the field of sleep and sleep disorders, dentists, internists, general practitioners and psychologists, and, of course, nurses and technicians from some 50 countries, highlighting the significance of networking.

In addition to trade exhibits, refreshment breaks, lunch and internet facilities will all be held within the exhibition arena thus creating the networking hub of the Congress.

Sponsors will be given first priority in the allocation of booth space. Remaining booth space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
 

Exhibitors are required to submit Registration Form for each company representative that plans to attend WCSA 2009.
Exhibition Application must be submitted by December 31, 2008 .Each exhibiting company receives two complimentary exhibitor badges will be provided for standard booth rented. Additional badges may be purchased at the following rates USD 200 for an exhibit hall only badge. No refunds on purchases of additional registrations are possible after Feb.28, 2009.

 
All hotel reservations must be made through the WCSA 2009 Housing Bureau. You may make your reservation through . If you have difficulties gaining access to the on-line reservation form, please contact the Housing Bureau.
