• The rates cover costs for room only. All other expenses will incur additional charges.
• The official Housing Bureau requires credit card details to ensure of your booking otherwise you can not be confirmed your booking. If you do not have any credit card, please remit the amount of one night room rate in advance to guarantee your booking.
• If a deposit of accommodation fee is paid through the bank transfer, a copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the reservation form. The participant’s name must be indicated on it. |

| In each hotel a limited number of rooms have been provisionally reserved for Congress participants. It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation in the preferred hotel. Deadline for early hotel reservation is Jan. 31, 2009 |

Any change and cancellation should be informed by e-mail or fax to the Accommodation & Tour Bureau in advance.
